(Hedgeweek) Neil Phillips, co-founder of hedge fund firm Glen Point Capital, has been sentenced to probation instead of a two-year prison sentence for manipulating an exchange rate, partly because the victim was Morgan Stanley, according to a report by Bloomberg.
