Armajaro Commodities Fund to re-open October 2005

Armajaro Asset Management LLP is pleased to announce that the Armajaro Commodities Fund Limited will be re-opened to new investors with effect from 3 October 2005. The Fund had soft closed in March2005 with assets under management in excess of $100 million, having been open to investors for only six months. (The Strategy is currently managing US$170m of assets as of the end of July 2005).

The Armajaro Commodities Fund is a pure commodities Fund that is discretionally managed by John Tilney who has over 25 years of experience in trading commodities.

It is anticipated that the Fund will remain open until the assets reach $400 million, at which point, due to market conditions, it is likely that the Fund will soft-close.”

Armajaro Asset Management LLP also manages a pan-European equity market neutral fund, the Coolum Fund, which offers investors daily liquidity and complete transparency.
