DutchNews.nl- Corporate Express, the Almere-based office supplies group formerly known as Buhrmann, is the next Dutch company to be targeted by activist shareholders, news agency Reuters said on Thursday.
Reuters said that UK hedge fund Centaurus, with a 5% stake, is one of the groups putting pressure on Corporate Express behind the scenes.
A Corporate Express spokesman denied the rumours, saying the company was not under shareholder pressure nor was it a takeover target.
