(CNBC) Futures tied to the Nasdaq 100 slid Wednesday night as investors parsed the all-important earnings release from artificial intelligence darling Nvidia. Nasdaq 100 futures slipped 0.5%, while S&P 500 futures lost nearly 0.4%. Dow Jones Industrial Average futures lost 49 points, or 0.1%.
