Recognizing that the ongoing institutionalization of the hedge fund industry coincides with enhanced regulation, Harcourt is pleased to announce the listing of several of its funds on the IrishStock Exchange (http://www.ise.ie/). These listings have taken place at the end of November and are now in effect.
 
The listed funds are 1) Belmont Long Short Equity Ltd. – Class B (SEDOL: B0RR144), 2) Belmont Fixed Income Ltd. – ClassB, C, and D (SEDOL: B0NLKJ8, B0NLKK9, and B0NLKM1), and 3) Belmont Market Neutral Ltd. – Class B and C (SEDOL: B0N14Q3 and B0N14S5).
 
Whilethese products constitute only a minor part of Harcourt’s offering, they reflect Harcourt’s proven skill in generating high risk-adjusted performance and as such are exemplary for our productrange.
 
Next to increasing our reach of addressable investor groups, we believe that this listing will also allow investors to benefit from increasedtransparency (NAVs and announcements are reported through the ISE and are carried by Bloomberg, Reuters, other news services and also appear on the ISE website), as well as increased financialreporting through disclosure for year end and interim financial statements.
