Reuters – “Tell me anything that I haven’t heard before,” is a typical inquiry posed by employers at hedge funds when they interview prospective hires. Such firms ranked as the toughest interviewers in the financial services industry, according to a new survey.
The survey, by eFinancialCareers.com, a division of Dice Holdings Inc, found 34 percent named hedge funds or other alternative asset managers as the most difficult with which to interview.
