MarketWatch – Peacocks’ owners will kick off a search for potential buyers next month, valuing the U.K. clothing chain at an estimated GBP600 million, according to the Daily Mail on Sunday newspaper, without saying where it got its information.
Advisers including investment bank Goldman Sachs have been appointed to look at options, such as a sale or refinancing, and aim to finish by Christmas, according to the report.
