Bloomberg – John Ho, former Asia head of the Children’s Investment Fund Management UK LLP, has stopped marketing his hedge fund to new investors after assets expanded to about $500 million in its first year.
Janchor Partners Pan Asian Fund grew assets from about $40 million when it started investment in January 2010. The fund is estimated to have returned 35.5 percent in its first year, Hong Kong-based Ho, 34, said in an interview Jan. 7.
