The Grapevine – Senior IT professionals working for hedge funds will receive an increase in bonuses of up to 60% this year, according to research from ReThink Recruitment.
Bonuses for some of the top performing IT staff – who work on designing and implementing algorithmic trading platforms – have jumped from around £50,000 in 2010 to £80,000 in 2011.
