Ross Perot&#8217;s investment firm who was charged with insider trading, agreed to forfeit $8.6 million in profits to settle with securities regulators.<\/p>\n<p>The Securities and Exchange Commission charged Mr. Saleh in September with civil securities fraud for buying options in Perot Systems Corp. stock after learning about Dell Inc.&#8217;s planned takeover.
