(GS) would be the hardest hit if White House proposals to limit so-called proprietary trading become law, analysts said Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Morgan Stanley (MS), J.P. Morgan Chase &amp; Co. (JPM), Bank of America Corp. (BAC) and Citigroup Inc.
