The\u00a0driver had a learning permit, and fled the scene. The young mother, 25,\u00a0\u00a0later\u00a0turned herself in and was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a license, according to the paper.<\/p>\n<p>Katz moved to the U.S. from Israel at a young age. Graduating from the\u00a0University of Pennsylvania\u00a0he worked as an\u00a0intern at\u00a0Merrill Lynch before joining the hedge fund\u00a0Angelo Gordon &amp; Company.
