The Judge settledvon 14 years, ordering the hedge fund manager\u00a0to surrenderer his\u00a0five planes, a helicopter and\u00a0more than $160 million in restitution. The &#8220;Mini-Madoff&#8221; is\u00a0accused\u00a0of cheating investors of more than $168 million.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I blame no one but myself for my actions.
