New York (HedgeCo.net) – \u00a0Private equity, hedge fund and venture capital\u00a0association, the Miami Finance Forum, Inc., (MFF) announced the appointment to their Board of Directors of Raul Valdes-Fauli, South Florida President of CNL Bank, Louis Jolivert, Vice President at BNY Mellon Wealth Management and Hank Klein, Vice Chairman of Blanca Commercial Real Estate.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cNot only are Raul Valdes-Fauli, Louis Jolivert and Hank Klein both extremely prominent and respected figures in the South Florida business community, their help and participation with the Miami Finance forum has been invaluable. In recognition of their past efforts and in anticipation of many great things to come, we are pleased to have them join our board of directors,\u201d said Carlos Deupi, newly appointed Chairman of the Miami Finance Forum and a corporate lawyer at Hogan Lovells.<\/p>\n

\u201cSouth Florida is an important nexus between New York and the burgeoning wealth in Latin America as well as a prominent financial hub in its own right,\u201d said Louis Jolivert, Vice President at BNY Mellon Wealth Management. \u201cI am pleased to take an expanded role in helping the Miami Finance Forum unite South Florida\u2019s financial services industry and promote Miami\u2019s importance as a critical center for business.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMost people don\u2019t realize that Miami has the second largest concentration of banks in the U.S. \u2013 just behind New York City,\u201d added Raul Valdes-Fauli, South Florida President of CNL Bank.<\/p>\n

Before joining BNY Mellon Wealth Management, \u00a0Jolivert served as a Vice President at JP Morgan Private bank and, prior to that, was a Managing Director at Bear Stearns. He holds a B.A. from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University. \u00a0Valdes-Fauli, a 15-year banking industry veteran, received a master\u2019s degree from the University of Miami and a Bachelor\u2019s degree in political science from Lake Forest College in Illinois. Prior to his joining CNL Bank, he served as President and CEO of Commercial Banking for Colonial Bank\u2019s Miami-Dade County region. Hank Klein currently holds the position of Vice Chairman of Blanca Commercial Real Estate and is one of South Florida’s leading commercial real estate veterans. He was formerly the Executive Director of Cushman & Wakefield and Vice Chairman of Flagler Real Estate Services. Hank served as Chairman of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce from 2007 to 2008.<\/p>\n
