Ted\u00a0Peters, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation,\u00a0commented, &#8220;We have been working closely with the Davidson team over\u00a0the past few months. As a result of this interaction, I am even more<br \/>\nexcited about this acquisition today than when it was first announced.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Francis J. Leto, Executive Vice President and head of the Wealth\u00a0Management Division, added, &#8220;We are getting a very talented staff and a\u00a0wonderful group of clients. The investment management business is very\u00a0important to us and we expect significant growth as a result of the\u00a0synergy from this combination.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>James M.
