\"\"<\/a>New York (HedgeCo.Net) – Two hedge fund managers from New Zealand are starting a San Francisco based hedge fund,\u00a0Pacific View Asset Management, LLC.,\u00a0\u00a0launched with two strategies, International Small Cap and Global Small Cap.<\/p>\n

Ken Applegate, Senior Portfolio Manager and co-head of the Small Cap team, is joined by long-time colleague Scott Brown, Portfolio Manager and co-head of the Small Cap team.<\/p>\n

Applegate and Brown had been working together at\u00a0New Zealand’s Fisher Funds since 2007, where they managed that firm’s international small cap strategies and portfolios.\u00a0 They each have nearly two decades of investment experience.<\/p>\n

“We know that experienced international small cap managers are in short supply and high demand.\u00a0 This is a terrific opportunity to leverage Condor Trading’s global institutional infrastructure and resources,” said Ken Applegate.\u00a0“It’s great to be back in the U.S., and I am excited to be continuing my partnership with Brown\u00a0and the rest of our investment team as part of the launch of Pacific View.”<\/p>\n
