Paul Ryan\u2019s rise to prominence over the past two years.<\/p>\n<p>The Wisconsin Republican\u2019s leadership political action committee, dubbed Prosperity PAC, raised over $4.2 million in this election cycle, according to the Center for Responsive Politics.
