And they\u2019re groaning about a stack of homework that is causing an early, cruel end to beach season.<\/p>\n<p>High schoolers? Nope\u2014the managers of America\u2019s largest private investment funds, who on Aug. 29 must file a new form providing federal regulators with detailed information on their operations.
