Jue, CFA, President and Chief Investment Officer of Leading Edge InvestmentAdvisors LLC, announced that the firm is recruiting Kevin F. Granger as Senior Vice President and Director of Research. \u00c3\u00af\u00c2\u00bf\u00c2\u00bdMr. Granger is also Founder and CEO of Anira Advisory Group LLC, a fund ofhedge funds managers dedicated to providing institutional investors with absolute return investment solutions, primarily using hedge funds run by emerging managers.\u00c3\u00af\u00c2\u00bf\u00c2\u00bd<\/p>\n
Mr. Granger also said that Mr. Jue joined AAG as Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Jue will thus be Chief Investment Officer of LEIA and of AAG. This exclusive agreement between the two firms is the first step in their joint plans to offer hedge funds and other alternative investments platform. No specific details about the nature of the strategies were immediately provided.<\/p>\n
In his statement, Mr. Jue said, “Our platform will be highly competitive, and will allow exceptional and promising emerging managers to focus on delivering the outstanding investment returns clients seek, but cannot easily locate for a variety of structural reasons.
