(C)\u00a0says the best returns are over.<\/p>\n<p>Money invested in commodity funds increased by $21.6 billion this year, up 92 percent from the gain in 2011, according to Cambridge, Massachusetts-based EPFR Global, which tracks the flows.\u00a0Hedge funds\u2019 bets on a rally are 51 percent bigger than a year ago, U.S. government data show.
