Miami<\/span>,<\/span> FL<\/span> (September 27, 2005) \u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u20ac\u0153 PRS Group announced today that Mr.<\/span> Martin Loeser<\/span> has joined the firm\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s alternative investment team as a Portfolio Manager, Fund-of-Funds.  Prior to joining PRS, Mr. Loeser was Senior Investment Analyst at Ivy Asset Management, a $15 billion hedge fund-of-funds manager in<\/span> New York<\/span>.  At Ivy, Mr. Loeser was directly responsible for sourcing and selecting new equity managers, with a focus on emerging managers.  Previously, he was a Vice President at The Mayfair Group and Senior Analyst at Tower Capital, conducting manager due diligence, risk management and portfolio management for each firm\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s fund-of-funds program.  Prior to these roles, Mr. Loeser worked as an investment banker in the global telecommunications group at Salomon Smith Barney.

Mr. Loeser received an MBA from The Wharton School at the<\/span> University<\/span> of<\/span> Pennsylvania<\/span>.  He completed his undergraduate work at<\/span> Duke<\/span> University<\/span>, earning a BA in Economics.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Loeser will serve as Portfolio Manager to all of the firm\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s fund-of-funds products, reporting directly to<\/span> Mark Casa<\/span>, Director of Investments.  In this role, he will support Mr. Casa in the formation of top-down strategic allocation, allocate capital to managers approved by the team\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s Investment Committee, source new managers, oversee due diligence, manage desk research by analysts and monitor managers in all equity-related and event-driven strategies.  Mr. Loeser fills the role previously held by Jerry Levin, who recently relocated back to<\/span> New York<\/span> for personal reasons. <\/span><\/p>\n
