That\u2019s just staggering,\u201d the judge said, according to the NYT. \u201cIt\u2019s hard to imagine why someone would risk all that to engage in a crime like this.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Manhattan-based Chiasson is a co-founder of Greenwich, Conn.-based <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hedgeco.net\/news\/05\/2013\/hedge-fund-to-pay-more-than-21-5-m-to-sec.html\" target=\"_blank\">Level Global Investors<\/a>.
