SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:SSNC), a global provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, today announced it has appointed Timothy Reilly as senior vice president of institutional outsourcing for its Institutional Services division. Mr. Reilly will leverage his extensive technology and financial experience to oversee SS&C\u2019s institutional outsourcing division and lead efforts to enhance its presence in the insurance and asset management markets. This includes 19 years as assurance partner at leading international accounting firm, PwC.<\/p>\n
Institutional outsourcing is an integral part of SS&C’s Software-Enabled-Services (SES) offerings which have over US$1.6 trillion in assets residing in over 7,000 funds worldwide.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining SS&C, Mr. Reilly served in senior financial capacities at PWC for almost 28 years, serving in key roles in PwC\u2019s local, regional and national markets, most recently as a Market Leader in the PwC Hartford office. Mr. Reilly also has extensive financial management experience with various client organizations ranging from Fortune 500 to smaller entrepreneurial organizations. He is a graduate of Clarkson University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
