(IMDC.O: <a href=\"http:\/\/today.reuters.com\/stocks\/overview.aspx?symbol=IMDC.O\">Quote<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/today.reuters.com\/stocks\/CompanyProfile.aspx?symbol=IMDC.O\">Profile<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/today.reuters.com\/stocks\/ResearchReports.aspx?symbol=IMDC.O\">Research<\/a>), on Thursday said it was undecided as to whether to support Allergan Inc.&#8217;s (AGN.N: <a href=\"http:\/\/today.reuters.com\/stocks\/overview.aspx?symbol=AGN.N\">Quote<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/today.reuters.com\/stocks\/CompanyProfile.aspx?symbol=AGN.N\">Profile<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/today.reuters.com\/stocks\/ResearchReports.aspx?symbol=AGN.N\">Research<\/a>) $3.2 billion offer for the company.<\/p>\n<p>  S.A.C., which is managed by Steven A.
