Penney Still Has To Answer To Hedge Fund Holders"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Forbes &#8211; When Bill Ackman\u2019s Pershing Square Capital accepted defeat and unloaded its stake in\u00a0JC Penney\u00a0last week it might have seemed like the department store chain would have one fewer hedge fund breathing down its neck. That, however, is not the case.<\/p>\n<p>A pair of funds \u2013 Kyle Bass\u2019 Hayman Capital and Larry Robbins\u2019\u00a0Glenview Capital\u00a0\u2013 disclosed positions in J.C. Penney Tuesday.
