But the rules, put in place last week, open up fundraising further than that.<\/p>\n<p>They also allow hedge funds, private equity groups and venture capital funds to advertise.\u00a0That&#8217;s where\u00a0Alon Goren\u00a0and\u00a0Frank Troise\u00a0come into the picture.
