He has just made an unusual call: Invest in Argentina.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Martinez&#8217;s investment group, Fintech Advisory, plans to buy\u00a0Telecom Argentina\u00a0and related assets for $960 million from\u00a0Telecom Italia,\u00a0which is selling its Argentine unit to pay down debt.
