Larry Hyatt joins the firm as Principal and Director of State and Local Tax.<\/p>\n<p>The merger will significantly enhance Decosimo\u2019s state and local tax expertise in each of the firm\u2019s nine U.S. offices located in Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia and Ohio. It will also broaden and deepen Decosimo\u2019s resources in servicing this continually growing and essential area for state, national and international businesses alike.
