Before joining ePartners, Purser was Vice President and Controller for a $300 million commercial  financial institution where he was responsible for all financial operations and strategy execution.<\/p>\n<p>  He has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, treasury and cash management, commercial debt facilities, syndicated revolving lines of credit, subordinated debt  arrangements, corporate investment portfolio management and corporate asset\/liability management. Purser began his professional career with KPMG Peat Marwick LLP, providing attest services to  various clients including publicly traded companies.<\/p>\n<p>  Purser is pursing a Masters in Business Administration from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
