USVI) announces the promotion of Joe Burke as the firm\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s Managing
Director of Trading. Mr. Burke assumes responsibility for the firm\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s
trading operations.<\/p>\n
In addition to managing Last Atlantis\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2 trading staff, Mr. Burke liaises
with program researchers and developers to analyze and implement the
company\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s proprietary trading systems. In this capacity, Mr. Burke
provides trade risk analysis and assessment for each program, and
spearheads project development.<\/p>\n

research trader where he participated in system development and
