The Chinese online-shopping behemoth, founded in Jack Ma\u2019s apartment 15 years ago, filed paperwork for its hotly anticipated initial public offering Tuesday, a step toward what could become one of the largest public debuts in history.<\/p>\n<p>The filing says Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman, Sachs &amp; Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley &amp; Co. International plc and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. will underwrite the IPO and act as joint bookrunners.
