Wayland as Managing Director, with responsibility for all aspects of portfolio management. Before joining Heirloom, he was Head of  Trading and a Technology Analyst at C. Blair Asset Management. Prior to his Wall Street experience, he was a Research Scientist at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory.
