{"id":4364,"date":"2006-05-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2006-05-03T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-30T04:00:00","slug":"bluecrest-to-list-multi-strategy-hedge-fund","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hedgeco.net\/news\/05\/2006\/bluecrest-to-list-multi-strategy-hedge-fund.html","title":{"rendered":"BlueCrest to list multi-strategy hedge fund"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Reuters.uk &#8211; BlueCrest Capital Management, one of Europe&#8217;s biggest hedge funds, said on Tuesday it plans a fund listing which will make its investment strategies available to UK institutions andwealthy individuals.<\/p>\n<p>  Analysts say the listing could appeal to investors such as pension funds who want exposure to hedge funds, but often cannot invest directly because most are registered in low-tax, lightly regulated  offshore centres such as the Cayman Islands.<\/p>\n<p>  BlueCrest&#8217;s AllBlue fund is currently open only to investors in the United States.
