The hedge fund issued  3,500,000 units at $10.00 per unit, for gross proceeds of $35 million, in cash and exchange eligible securities. The hedge fund has granted the agents an over-allotment option to acquire up to 525  additional units, which is exercisable at any time during the next 30 days.
