NEW YORK, July 10, 2006 – Group G Capital Partners, LLC, a fixed-income investment advisor specializing in a market-neutral high yield investment strategy, is pleased to announce that Arthur L. Weiss has joined as a Portfolio Manager.<\/p>\n
Mr. Weiss is responsible for co-managing the distressed fund as well as contributing to the firm’s market neutral credit fund. He reports to Geoffrey Gwin, Chairman of Group G.<\/p>\n
Mr. Weiss brings more than a decade of financial analysis experience. Most recently, Mr. Weiss was an Analyst at Severn River Capital, a multi-strategy hedge fund. Prior to Severn River Capital, he worked as Corporate Securities Analyst at Symphony Asset Management, the hedge fund division of Nuveen. Mr. Weiss received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.<\/p>\n
