Ms. Edgar\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s appointment reflects the high degree that her professionalism, dedication and experience have contributed to the success of the firm. She joins Chairman Philip Paul and Managing Directors David York and Jamie Johnson in the management of PCTTI\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s recently expanded private equity fund of funds offerings. <\/p>\n
Ms. Edgar joined the Paul Capital Top Tier fund of funds team in 2003, and was appointed a Principal in 2004. She is focused on all aspects of portfolio construction, manager selection, due-diligence, and investment monitoring for the Top Tier venture capital fund of funds. <\/p>\n
Prior to joining Paul Capital, Ms. Edgar was part of the asset management team at WR Hambrecht + Co that focused on new and emerging private equity funds. Prior to WR Hambrecht, she spent10 years at Horsley Bridge Partners, where she was responsible for providing research for the fund-of-funds investment decision-making process, managing the public portfolio of venture-backeddistributions, and buying and selling private equity partnership interests in the secondary market. She holds a BS in Applied Economics from the University of San Francisco and an MBA from theUniversity of California at Berkeley.<\/p>\n
