What about U.S. citizens?<\/p>\n<p>One hedge fund manager seems to think so. Hans Humes of Greylock Capital Management recently visited Iran and came away impressed. He described the country as having a well-educated population and moving toward a modernized economy.<br \/>\nIran has been limited on its ability to issue international debt over the last three decades, but the government will likely want to capitalize on this new source of revenue as soon as they are able.
