The hedge fund is aiming to raise <span class=\"caps\">E 300<\/span> million to <span class=\"caps\">E 400<\/span> million in funds managed, according to sources.  <\/p>\n<p>    Oppenheim\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s investment involves just over 1% of its overall <span class=\"caps\">E 136<\/span> billion in assets under management. Of Oppenheim\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s <span class=\"caps\">E 136<\/span> billion total    assets, \u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a36.3 billion is managed by their Swiss subsidiary.  <\/p>\n<p>    The in house hedge fund is part of a push at Oppenheim\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s Swiss bank into investment banking under Siegfried Piel, a partner in the Swiss subsidiary.  <\/p>\n<p>    Other private banks such as <span class=\"caps\">EFG<\/span> International, which last week saw its <span class=\"caps\">CMA<\/span> Global Hedge <span class=\"caps\">PCC<\/span> Ltd. raise $402 million    in an initial public offering.
