Spinnaker manages approximately $1.7 billion focused primarily on emerging markets, investing in all classes of sovereign and corporate securities and related products.<\/p>\n<p>Wickens will form his new firm, named Broad Reach Investment Management, with his own capital and that of two Spinnaker partners, according to a Reuters article citing four individuals with direct knowledge of the matter.
