Speaking at the CNBC Institutional Investor Delivering Alpha Conference Tuesday in New York, the hedge fund billionaire said he sees a risk that inflation may \u201csurprise everyone\u2019\u2019 and \u201cblow through targets\u2019\u2019 even during poor economic conditions.
