The series will kick off on Wednesday February 7th, at the New York offices of HedgeOp Compliance.  The first seminar will address the topic of \u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00c5\u201cStaying Prepared for an SEC Audit.\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00c2\u009d  Additional seminars are scheduled for March 7th, April 4th and May 2nd.  The March 7th seminar tackles the topic of \u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00c5\u201cSuperior Fund-Level Compliance.\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00c2\u009d  At this seminar, attendees will learn the particulars of fund-level compliance and how ComplianceTrak, HedgeOp\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s web-based software application, can assist them in managing fund and investor-level compliance issues.  The focus of the April 4th seminar will be identifying conflicts of interest that may arise in the hedge fund environment and how ComplianceTrak can assist hedge fund managers in managing those conflicts.  The May 2nd seminar is designed for fund of hedge funds and institutional investors and will explore the importance of implementing a due diligence infrastructure for following and evaluating potential underlying hedge fund managers.  HedgeOp plans to announce additional seminars that will take place during the remainder of 2007 at http:\/\/hedgeop.com\/general\/seminar.asp.  The seminars are free for hedge fund professionals, however, space is limited so participants are encouraged to register early.  In addition, hedge fund professionals outside of the New York area may participate through WebEx. <\/p>\n
