Sarissa Capital, run by Carl Icahn prot\u00e9g\u00e9 Alex Denner, stands to make $260 million on Monday\u2019s deal.<\/p>\n<p>Ariad, which sells a $199,000 a year treatment for blood clots called Iclusig, is being taken over by Takeda for $24 a share, or a 75% premium to its Friday closing price.
