GREENWICH \u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Lt. Gov. Mike Fedele welcomed more than 350 hedge fund managers, investors and investment industry leaders to Connecticut’s first ever World Hedge Fund Forum Tuesday morning at theGreenwich Hyatt Regency. Participants came from as far away as Japan and Europe.<\/p>\n
“This is an exciting first for Connecticut \u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u20ac\u009d with the incredible growth of hedge fund companies, Connecticut is now the fifth largest financial center in the world,” said Fedele. “Governor Rell and I are excited to be a part of this historic first forum. Connecticut has become such a major player in the financial investment industry.
