On Tuesday, the panel had asked for the definitions of &#8220;assets under management&#8221; and &#8220;fraudulent intent,&#8221; but it didn\u2019t communicate with the court on Wednesday. The 34-year-old Shkreli, known as &#8220;Pharma Bro,&#8221; is accused of taking money from investors in his previous hedge funds and using it to start Retrophin, then using the drug-development company\u2019s cash to pay them back.
