There\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s less concern in North America than in some parts of Europe about hedge funds,\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00c2\u009d  Canadian Finance Minister Jim Flaherty told Reuters this month.<\/p>\n<p>  \u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00c5\u201cIt\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s really a transparency issue.
