Concerns have been prompted by a sharp rise in aggressive stakebuilding by a number of hedge funds and specialist investment funds whose objective is to force change on companies.<\/p>\n<p>  Pick away at the FSA\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s missive on market conduct, however, and \u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00c5\u201csome of it amounts to a statement of the obvious\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00c2\u009d, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ft.com\/cms\/s\/d6166ba0-0a10-11dc-93ae-000b5df10621.html\" title=  \"ft\">notes Lombard<\/a>.
