{"id":6626,"date":"2007-10-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2007-10-03T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-30T04:00:00","slug":"hedge-fund-and-private-equity-sectors-seen-at-a-peak","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hedgeco.net\/news\/10\/2007\/hedge-fund-and-private-equity-sectors-seen-at-a-peak.html","title":{"rendered":"Hedge fund and private equity sectors seen at a peak"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"feedflare\">  Reuters- The hedge fund and private equity industries have reached a near-term peak in their cycles after years of rampant growth, speakers at a Reuters Forum said on Thursday.  <\/p>\n<p>    &#8220;Private equity and hedge funds both have cycles, and I think we&#8217;re now at the peak of the cycle for the time being,&#8221; said Anthony Bolton, a star fund manager at Fidelity International.  <\/p>\n<p>    &#8220;The flow of money has encouraged some mediocre people.
