Hedge fund organizations that wish to be recognized for the quality of their corporate climate can undergo a survey to determine their standing. Participating firms will administer a 38-item employee engagement survey, the results of which will provide a baseline for the contest scoring.<\/p>\n
Employees will be asked to score items pertaining to Manager Effectiveness, Trust in Senior Leaders, Feeling Valued, People Practices, and six other factors.<\/p>\n
