Hong Kong<\/span><\/strong> 7th<\/sup> January 2008<\/span><\/strong> – HFG Investments Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based joint venture <\/span>established last year <\/span>between Hana Daetoo Securities Co. Ltd, <\/span>a member company of the Hana Financial Group, <\/span>and Opvs Investment Holdings Ltd<\/span>, launched its inaugural fund on December 3rd<\/sup><\/span>.  <\/span><\/p>\n

The HFG Korea Fund Ltd.<\/span> aims to provide<\/span> global investors the opportunity to participate in <\/span>a range of actively managed <\/span>Korea-focused fund<\/span>s<\/span> <\/span>through<\/span> a vehicle <\/span>that<\/span> <\/span>seeks to<\/span> limit risk while achieving consistently superior returns, targeted<\/span> at over <\/span>12% per annum<\/span>.  <\/span>3A Asia Limited, the Hon<\/span>g <\/span>Kong-based arm of <\/span>alternative <\/span>asset <\/span>management firm 3A SA, which is a subsidiary of <\/span>Geneva-based SYZ & CO, has been appointed as the Fund’s <\/span>i<\/span>nvestment <\/span>a<\/span>dvisor.  <\/span><\/p>\n
