PCM Capital is pleased to announce the launch of PCM Green Power Fund (“Fund”) on 1st April 2008. The Fund – with its Asian focus – is a pioneering Fund of “Green” Funds that invests in environmental and alternative energy related sectors. It aims to capture the superior absolute returns of ‘green investing’.<\/p>\n
The Fund is managed by the PCM Capital (International Group) Limited (“PCM Capital”), an exempted company with limited liability incorporated in the Cayman Islands; and is advised by the PCM Capital Limited (“PCM”), a Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) licensed investment adviser and asset manager. Like the segregated portfolio under the same PCM SPC – PCM Asia Pioneer Fund, the Fund employs the same vigorous top-down and bottom-up investment approach. <\/p>\n
The Fund targets an annualized risk adjusted return of between 20 to 25% with a volatility of 15%. It features monthly liquidity with a minimum investment requirement of US$500,000, a 1.5% annual management fee and a 10% performance fee, subject to a high water mark.<\/p>\n
The Fund is a concentrated portfolio that trades or invests in the following areas: environmental technology, clean energy, CO2 derivatives, power trading, water management, waste management, etc. <\/p>\n
